Am I allowed to bring my child into the dispensary?
No, Persons 21 years of age and over only are permitted in the dispensary.
What type of Identification do you require?
Only government issued Identification will be accepted.
How much cannabis can I purchase at a time?
- We are only permitted to sell up to one ounce of Cannabis, or the combined equivalent in Cannabis concentrates or edibles per customer per day.
- One ounce of Cannabis flower is the equivalent to five grams (5000mg) of active THC in Cannabis concentrate including Tinctures.
- One ounce of Cannabis flower is the equivalent to five hundred milligrams of active THC in Edibles. Topicals and ointments shall not be subject to a limitation on daily sales.
Where Can I smoke my cannabis?
Cannabis can only be consumed on private property or in your home. Consuming cannabis in Massachusetts in a public place is illegal under state law. This covers smoking and vaping.
Where should I keep my cannabis in my car?
Like alcohol, you cannot have an open container of adult-use marijuana or marijuana products in the passenger area of your car while on the road. An “open container” includes a package with its seal broken or a package from which the contents have been partially removed. The “passenger area” does not include a trunk or a locked glove compartment.
